Abstract

The macro policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran are a coherent set of macro-system orientations and strategies for realizing the goals and objectives of the constitution, and contains principles that bring future aspirations closer to executive concepts. Therefore, the evaluation of the results and impacts of these policies on the country's program system with a Future-oriented approach is vital and through the implementation of future-oriented evaluation, it is possible to further develop these policies and increase their effectiveness. The present article seeks to provide an integrated framework for future-oriented evaluation of the macro policy of the Supreme Leader's communiqué with the project management approach and, by examining the research literature in the field of strategic forecasting and project management assessment, using the Delphi method as a tool for future studying and ranking Dimensions and components of strategic forecasting evaluation.
