Therefore, after identifying key Inner-organization factors affecting green supply chain management through the review of its literature and collection of experts’ opinions, a conceptual model containing four factors were presented. Then, the effect of these factors on the company were verified by collecting the opinions of 70 experts accompanied by a questionnaire and confirming the reliability of data using coefficient cronbach’ s alpha in SPSS software. The normality of the data were verified by using a statistical test called Kolmogorof-Smirnof and the favourability of factors were evaluated by using Mean Test and finally all the factors were confirmed. In the end, regarding the sensitivity and importance of priotization of factors from the aspect of affecting and being affected in the company, the aforesaid factors were evaluated through distributing questionnaires among 15 people, including experts and managers and using DimitelFuzzi's technique in Excel software. The final output of DimitelFuzzi's technique shows the extraction of Inner-organization factors "Process Integration" as the most effective element in green supply chain management company and " Common Operation Management" as less effective one in the second place. Also, the factor "Communication Management" is considered as the most important factor according to the extent of its affecting and affected feature and "Common Operation Management" as the next important one. Therefore, more important factors are required to receive more attention by the managers in the future in order to achieve competitive advantage of Green services and meet the needs of customers.
