Abstract

Today the education system is not focusing on knowledge transfer and school roles differ totally with the past. Education system concerns human and his life aspects except the curriculum. This essay is to explain the cultural challenges facing Iran educational system in the age of GLOBALIZATION; so it first clarifies the global phenomenon of education system and then goes to the concept of global education and its consequent aspects; afterwards the GLOBALIZATION and teaching along with the GLOBALIZATION and learning are defined; and finally the experts and managers viewpoints in the GLOBALIZATION center (where the study took place) have been assessed and extracted.
