Increasing mobility and transport of people, goods, asset and information led to globalization of world. The globalization is an increasing process in all aspects of economic, social, cultural and political world issues. Each of these aspects is important in the urban development process; but the economy is much more important and more fundamental, as economy sectors have been the most important leading part in the globalization process. This is due to the globalization of the world that had its greatest impact on the world economy. Economic globalization requires closer economic integration of the world countries through increased flows of goods and services, asset and labor. Economic globalization led to fundamental changes in types and levels of everyday life, especially residents of the metropolitan areas. Therefore to achieve sustainable urban development, it is essential to come along with technological development and economic communications. The purpose of this study was to clarify the nature of economic globalization on sustainable urban development.

Given the importance of globalization in the present study we have analyzed the challenges facing our state agencies to deal with globalization. In this regard, the four ministries at random as the sample in this study we have examined. The main objective of this study is to identify and prioritize the challenges facing our state organizations, and to use managers and researchers commentaries in the field of public administration so that these organizations would be able to privies the important challenges ahead and to obtain clearer perspective in decision - making. To conduct this research, we first review the literature on globalization and also conducted a number of interviews with experts, Academic researchers to integrate, remove or add the challenges and we finally got to the final composition. The challenges were grouped using factor analysis and got rankings by fuzzy TOPSIS methods. Finally a number of general guidelines to deal with the main challenges were presented to four of the eight dimensions.

Regarding that the cultural sector activities are so vast and diverse which include different types of plays, reading books, visual arts, cultural heritage, etc., it is essential to check cultural activities & goods and to be aware of factors in effective imports & exports so that explanation and analysis of economic issues considering globalization would lead to appropriate methods and models for the export of better cultural goods. Statistics results show that about considerably 98% (R2=0.974) of variable export development of cultural goods is determined by globalization components. The percentage shows that regression model validation could possibly be used for predicting. F-test is 486.1849 which equals with 0.000. Then there is a linear relation between dependent and independent variables. Finally the results of this study show that Beta Coefficient is negative for government protective schemes. By referring to meaningful comparison of t-statistics we could see that the scheme can’t foresee the export development of cultural goods in this world of globalization. On the other hand the Beta Coefficient is positive for the international market schedule, the marketing mix eight Ps, free trade zone and laws & regulations. Here the Beta Coefficient of free trade zones place the first, knowing international markets place the second, laws and regulations stand in the third place and the fourth place goes to the marketing mix tools.

After the approval and full support of Rome statute by almost tow third of world community members in last decade of twentieth century in Rome Italy, waves of hopes and fears in fighting against impunity; immunity for core crimes and exercising justice for all human beings covered all related academies and global civil societies. The ICC proponents with strong support of world civil societies( NGOs and IOMs and etc..) hoped to end global barbarities like the trauma of former Yugoslavia and Rwanda in the past and Darfur of Sudan and Libya and Israel. In contrast, some theoretical and philosophical challenges cause hesitation about the court success to meet the expectations of international community. The main goal of this article is analyzing the major challenges on this aspect to evaluate their reality and effectiveness.

Through economic growth, trade liberalization increases the human development indices while having a direct impact on human development. Economic growth arising from the expansion of trade promotes educational and hygienic services availability and stimulate human development.Trade has different impact on various economies in regard with the country’s degree of development, Therefore, in this study, with a focus on developing countries, to address this issue that whether the trade extension and foreign direct investment (FDI) is an effective tool of economic stability and development in the current international scenario in case of developing country or not?The data used in this study are obtained of 144 developing countries for the period 2002-2011. The regression model estimated in the form of panels and using soft ware Stata11 and Final results have been extracted. Here the annual UN human development index is used as criteria for showing countries’ level of development; and the percentage of total trade to GDP and foreign investment as trade volume index. The results indicate a positive impact of trade liberalization and increasing foreign direct investment on the Human Development Index in developing countries.

Today the education system is not focusing on knowledge transfer and school roles differ totally with the past. Education system concerns human and his life aspects except the curriculum. This essay is to explain the cultural challenges facing Iran educational system in the age of globalization; so it first clarifies the global phenomenon of education system and then goes to the concept of global education and its consequent aspects; afterwards the globalization and teaching along with the globalization and learning are defined; and finally the experts and managers viewpoints in the globalization center (where the study took place) have been assessed and extracted.

Along with the world revolutions such as the Great French Revolution, Briton Industrial Revolution, 1017 Russian Revolution, etc. Iranian intellectuals and Persian advocates inside and outside the borders tried to put steps toward globalization and world development in all fields of society, policy, economics, culture, literature, and so on. This essay seeks for the globalization reasons of Iranian classical literature (poems). The beginning of “globalized poems” in Iran goes back to at least 100 years ago to Persian Constitutional Revolution. In this period Persian poem as a national and historical art steps toward globalization. There are many reasons that caused globalization of Iranian classical poem; some of them were the same reasons led to Iranian Constitutional Revolution. Among the different reasons are the Constitutional Revolution impacts, intellectual efforts outside and inside the borders, educated people, poets and writers, presenting NowRuz to the world as an emblem of the Iranian culture in the globalization process, cultural exchanges, the spread of criticism and theory, Nima Yushij literature revolution, impacts of journalists and translators.
