Abstract

 The purpose of this study was to investigate the E-literacy of Maragheh administrativestaff and its impact on their sociability and Transformability. The models used in staff eliteracy, sociability, and Transformability parts were based on ICDL model, the Taorminatheory (1997), and the John Gutter and Peter Drucker (1996) model, respectively. Thestatistical population of the present study was all staff of the education department ofMaragheh city, which was 45. In this research, due to the low number of statisticalpopulation, the members of the statistical society were selected through the census method(accessible sampling), so the number of sample population was all 45 staff except 4 whowere excluded from the research. Ultimately, the number of participants of the study was41. In order to collect data, three researcher-made questionnaires were used. The results oftesting hypotheses indicated that, firstly, the average E-literacy status of MaraghehEducation Department staff was below the average rate, and secondly, the E-literacy of thestaff had an impact on the sociability and Transformability of the staff of MaraghehEducation Department.
