Abstract

The present research attempts to investigate and recognize the variables and explain the STRUCTURAL EQUATION of MODEL of effective factors on CORPORATE ENTREPRENEURSHIP in the region of Babol. On this basis, The literature of entrepreneurship in general and CORPORATE ENTREPRENEURSHIP in particular were reviewed. The statistical sample were 100, and opinions of 33 persons were used. Then, with the help of documents, data were collected. Interviews and questionnaires specially with the reliability of 0.85 as non-experimental survey research helped to extract the structural MODEL explaining the effective factors on the PROCESS of independent entrepreneurship. Also, the statistical tests were correlation and direct-indirect relationship among variables. With the help of SPSS and Lisrel Software interactional regression in format of path analysis was conducted. The results of the research show that generality of MODEL is confirmed, and each one of the variables relate to CORPORATE ENTREPRENEURSHIP that includes: individual, job, behavioral and environment al elements. That can be observed in the PROCESS of direct-indirect PROCESS internationally. On the basis of direct relationship, coefficient of STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODEL and behavioral variable shows that it affected the PROCESS more than others. However, environmental, job and individual variables were next in rating, respectively. Finally, there are some suggestion for management to be implied in their direction of further work.
