Abstract

The rapid process of GLOBALIZATION after the industrial revolution and the advent of the internet as one of the GLOBALIZATION consequences in the second half of the 20th century influenced the main concepts of political geography such as NATION, government, boundary, state, etc. It also resulted in the emergence of virtual equivalents like cyberNATION, multi-identity of individuals and the fading of concepts such as borders and sovereignty. With regard to the influence of these concepts and virtual space on the REAL SPACE of human life, it becomes necessary to present a new research on adapting to political, economic, social and cultural conditions. The aim of this study is to analyze the concept of NATION in the cyberspace, thus we will make an attempt to answer this question: Does the concept of NATION have the ability to be reflected in the cyberspace? The main deduction is the fact that the internet, due to its high speed of processing of information, has the transformation of traditional factors and elements of human concepts and it seems that the internet has enabled the cyberspace to being reflected.The Analysis of Necessary Prerequisites for the Development of IT in Rural Areas Nowadays, the attempt to provide public access to information technology.
