Abstract

 The reconstruction of Islamic civilization has been one of the most important issues among Muslim thinkers, and the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran in the era of the evolution of human knowledge and globalization brought about a new and new development based on human, transcendent and value-creating and transcendent and human values. It has provided a good platform for moving towards the creation of a new Islamic civilization. Today, the mechanisms for reaching this great site and the way it is built are taken into consideration. Meanwhile, the Islamic Republic of Iran’ s police force as one of the foundations and subdivisions of the Islamic Revolution can have a significant impact on the realization of the Modern Islamic Civilization. Therefore, this study aims to identify the strategic imperatives of the future in the horizon of Modern Islamic Civilization. Elemental library study and Delphi technique were used to extract primary components using 12 academic experts and strategic designers. Expert selection was done by snowball sampling. The Kendall coefficient of coefficient was 0. 83, indicating a strong consensus among the panel of experts. LISREL software was used to evaluate the components. Based on the results of the research, 30 components were identified as strategic imperatives of the future in the horizon of Modern Islamic Civilization.
