Abstract

 Studying the mechanisms of excellence, efficiency of financial institutions, quality of service delivery and customer satisfaction will be one of the requirements of economic growth of any society. Similarly, the present study, with emphasis on organizational innovation, examines the relationship between total quality management on operational excellence and organizational innovation.
