Investigating Factors Influencing the Economics of culture in Iran

Abstract

 the Economics of culture; the optimal allocation of resources to the production and distribution of goods and cultural services, through economic analysis, in accordance with cultural goals. "Investigating Factors Influencing the Economics of culture in Iran" is a step towards understanding the defective dimensions and promoting its knowledge. This qualitative research is a kind of theory based on data. The data were analyzed by deep interviewing, collecting, and simultaneously with detailed procedures in three stages of open, pivotal and selective coding, by Strauss and Corben method. The most important findings are: "Strengthening knowledge and providing a comprehensive cultural system", "recognizing the place", "the necessity of economic and cultural consideration to the culture of economics", "low cost of launch", "innovative use of culture" and "the disconnection of states from economics" As a causative agent, Leaders: "Developing Effective Policies", "Discourse", "Improving the Cultural Business Space", "Correcting the Laws of Ownership and Executive Commitments", "Governing Intervention of the Government and Transfer to the Private Sector", "Setting Up Bachelor Degrees", "Creating Databases Healthy economic transition and market formation ", " branding ", " healthy nongovernmental production and distribution networks ", " setting up small businesses ", " creating creative cities ". Intervener conditions: "The need for cultural factors to be familiarized with economic relations and cultural skills", "Advertising and education". Ground conditions: "the imbalance of imports and exports, " "the violation of the private and material rights of the private sector", "the decisive role of capitalists and intermediaries "And the consequences: "economic effects", "preservation, promotion and transfer of culture", "strengthening authority and security", "environmental protection".
