Abstract

In this article, technical and vocational training for prisoners in penitentiaries is examined. The present study, in a qualitative way and with a social interpretive approach, has tried to answer the question of what problems and obstacles do skill training courses offered in prison face? Answer. In this regard, in-depth interview techniques were used and then analyzed using groanded theory strategy. In the central coding stage, it was observed that the major categories can be analyzed according to SWOT analysis, and finally the proposed proposals were presented according to the same model after presenting the final theory of the groanded theory theory. The results of the study indicate that the Skillful training of prisoners is influenced by the macro-structural factors of society and the middle level of the organization such as bureaucracy and environmental and physical factors on the motivation of educators and prisoners and the effectiveness and efficiency of training courses in prison. It will be effective.
