Abstract

Background: The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of GLUCOSE SUPPLEMENTATION on responseHSP70 serum in NON-ATHLETE MEN after six-week exhausting endurance-intermittent training. Methods: The 18 non-athlete healthy men were randomly divided into three groups including: glucosesupplementation training group (n=6) and a control group (n=6). The blood samples were collected from antecubitalvenous at the onset of training protocol period and after first and final training session immediately. Serum HSP70concentration were determined by ELISA technique. Results: Serum HSP70 values in the second posttest in three groups was 1/1 ± 8/3, 2/1 ± 9/3 and 2/1 ± 8/2 ng/mlrespectively. The results Analysis of variance with repeated measures test showed the significant difference betweensupplement glucose-train group and placebo-train with control group(P<0. 01). Also, the results showed significantdifference in glucose-train between all three phases (P<0. 01). Bonferroni post-hoc test showed the significantdifference between pretest with post(1) and post(2) and post(1) with post(2) phase(P<0. 05). Also, showedsignificant in train-placebo between all three phases (P<0. 05). Bonferroni post-hoc test showed the significantdifference between pretest with post(1) and post(1) with post(2) phase(P<0. 05). Conclusion: Exhaustive exercise on glucose utilization adaptation with the response of HSP70 moreeffective than exercise alone is exhausting endurance-intermittent exhausting endurance-intermittent trainingwith consumption glucose causes adaptation in response HSP70 than exhausting endurance-intermittenttraining.
