Abstract

The second cause of death in USA and the first cause of death in Iran, in women, involved by cancer is breast cancer. The presence or absence of estrogenic receptor (ER) in the cytoplasm of tumor cells is very important. Studies show that, the patients with E.R after mastectomy follow more proper period than those patient without E.R. In one experimental study with high validity we selected six sample of breast tumor tissue and then transferred to the laboratory as a freezed state and the cell membranes were isolated by deimembrator set, then labeled with 125I Estradiol and later on, we examined the samples by gamma counter.
