Abstract

Abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB) is one of the most common diseases in OB & Gyn. There are many causes for AUB.Ulterasonography is a simple, noninvasive, and effective metod to use in the evaluation of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.This study is a comparison of the patologic results with sonographic reports in 100 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding in Ghaem Medical center.Results: The most sensitive and correct sonographic Reports were about Myoma and endometrial hyperplasia (80% - 100), that is the same of other UN papers reported.
