Abstract

Persistant Mullerian Inhibitor Substance (MIS) is a rare condition of pseudohermafrodism that has been reported arround 150 cases in the world. In our study 2 brothers evaluated and presented with criptorchidism.After clinical evaluation and laparatomy, one of them had bilateral tumor diagnosis was and confirmed by pathology report as a classic seminoma, Both of cases had a uterine-follopian tube and cervix in our evaluation.Although MIS deficiency is a rare finding, more evaluation for neede to exclude this syndrome.
