Abstract

Introduction: RESTLESS LEG SYNDROME is a common problem in chronic renal failure with adverse effects on the quality of life.Case Report: In this article we presented a 5 year old boy with chronic renal failure and RESTLESS LEG SYNDROME who did not respond to oridinary treatments. Levodopa/carbidopa caused rapid and effective result with least adverse effects.Conclusion: levodopa/carbidopa can be used in treatment of RESTLESS LEG SYNDROME which is unresponsive to oridinary treatments.
