OCCUPATIONAL STRESSORS AND JOB RETENTION FACTORS IN SPORT COACHES OF GOVERMENTAL UNIVERSITIES

Abstract

 The Purpose of this study was to Compare and (SO) relate the 8 microstressors (os) and 3 JOB RETENTION FACTORS (JRE) in university P.E and SPORT.em style="font-style:inherit;color:#ff0078"> COACHes. A 17-item survey and a 33-item survey was adminsterated to randomly selected subjects likert scale. One-way ANOVA, LSD post hoc comparison and pearson correlation was used at level of (p>0/05). .The Finidings revealed that JRE and OS in COACHes is moderate and more than moderate degree. In relation to JRE, the recoganition and collegial support was better than other factors. In additon, P.E majors, Female"s COACHes and tranquil ones had high JRE In relation to os, carrier progress was rated the higest source of stressors and followed by qualitative overload, time pressure and quantitative varload. Females perceived more strees than did males. The relationship was negative between work balance and Inclusivity to 4 microstressors there was also no difference between PE major and minor COACHes we need to study these Factors in other SPORT.s organizations.
