Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study and investigate characteristics of Extroversion and Introversion also to identify and analyze STRESS factors in working environment of the PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHER/fa?page=1&sort=1&ftyp=all&fgrp=all&fyrs=all" target="_blank"> PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERs in Region to of Tehran Education and Training Organization. The Statistical Community of the research includes all the teachers of 3 educational grades 9elementary, guidance school, high school). The community is the same as the statistical sample. 112 teachers answered to the sent questionnaires. The research method is descriptive and in the form of measurement. 1 Types of Questionnaires were used; the PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS of extroversion and introversion questionnaire provided by Eyezang and the occupational STRESS of PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHER/fa?page=1&sort=1&ftyp=all&fgrp=all&fyrs=all" target="_blank"> PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERs provided by Golabi, The 2 questionnaires enjoy a high level of validity and appropriateness. Considering the information and there resulting data as qualitative, non-parametric tests kandal correlation coefficient, u-man- Whitney test, etc.
