Abstract

We report a sixteen day-old male patient that presented with an opaque corneoconjunctival mass extending from the supratemporal conjuctiva to two- thirds of the corneal surface in his right eye in examination under general anesthesia.The mass was completely excised and the patient underwent lamellar keratoplasty. Also POSTERIOR SCLERAL CHORISTOMA and right temporal lobe atrophy were detected according to the imaging which was taken. The Patient was considered as a limited form of organoid nevus syndrome. Conclusion: EPIBULBAR COMPLEX CHORISTOMA in association with POSTERIOR SCLERAL CHORISTOMA and temporal lobe atrophy in a newborn without skin findings is a limited or atypical form of organoid nevus syndrome.
