Abstract

The purpose of this study was to Identify in influential factors in incresing the PRODUCTIVITY of physical education organization perspective, based on the managers and specialists. A total of managers (n =21) and experts (n= 183) from different fields of physical Education were studied. The RESEARCH.instrument was a RESEARCH.made questionnaire. The RESEARCH.question was, " what are the effective factors in incresing PRODUCTIVITY and how influential in each factor?" Some data are submitted in a descriptive from and for testing RESEARCH.assumptions, U-Mann - whitney , Kruskal walls - tests along with factor analyses were used. Results showed that administrative financial factors stood above all. And then stood the effective factors related to champion sports, SPORTS FOR ALL and sports training and RESEARCH. No significant differences was obserbved between managers and experts perspective. Nor was observed any significant difference between the expets of different fields view - points concerning the importance and effectiveness of the factors
