Abstract

A 47 years old female 2 hours after ingestion of 10 rice tablet was referred to Loqman hospital. After gastric Lavage with 1:10000 solution of potassium permanganate, IV Administration of sodium bicarbonate (3% solution), magnesium sulfate (3% solution) and calcium gluconate (10% solution) and po, administration sodium bicarbonate (3% solution) were done. The patient discharged after sixdays. This treatment protocol can be done in similar intoxications.
