Abstract

The aim of this investigation was to study the physcial structure of students between 1115 yrs in the Damavand town. The subjects were %5 of Students population in 81-82 who were studying in secondary school. A questionaire that developed by investigator applied to acquire information a bout age, height, weight, body type, dominance segment physical activity experiena and whether there are some motor limitation Problems. New York test was used to identify BODY POSITION and body deformity and Mathews test was used to evaluate muscular endurance in shoulder area. Statistical analysis that used dscriptive statistics and chi square showed that % 69/73 of subjects had studctural deformity and kyphosis (%66/66) was more frequene but hallux valgus (%1196) was less frequent. In addition the results have been showed that there are not significant relation ships between age, height, weight, body type with structural deformities, there are not significan differences between height, weight and age according to Mathews test results, bue there are significant differences on body type and physical activity experience.
