Abstract

The main goal of this research is the evaluation of ENAMEL BONDING AGENT efficacy in CARIES PREVENTION after FISSURE SEALANT application. Totally erupted and healthy first permanent moralrs in 32 male students between ages 6-9 was chosen. Teeth were divided in to the control and the treatment groups randomly including a tooth in maxilla and a tooth in mandible at apposite site (teeth numbers 3, 19 in control group and 14.30 in examine group and reverse based on standard system). In the treatment group ENAMEL BONDING AGENT was used before FISSURE SEALANT application control group was received FISSURE SEALANT only.After a year 28 person returned and their teeth were examined for caries. Statistics evaluations with X2 test and a=0.05 showed no difference between two groups.
