Main purpose of this study was to determine prevalence of MISSING teeth in different MALOCCLUSIONs. Panoramic radiographys of patients were studied and compared with clinical finding registered in their files. Results showed that 7. 66% of whole samples (35 patients) had MISSING teeth, among them. there were 4.86% in Cl II, 1.8% in Cl I and 1% in Cl III MALOCCLUSIONs, that had no statistically differences (Chi-Square test, P.Value= 0.021).From those cases with MISSING teeth 58% were female & 42% were male, without any significant statistical difference (Fishers exact. P.Value= 0.552).Most frequent MISSING teeth were upper lateral incisor (28%). In the comparison between maxilla and mandible, maxilla had more prevalance of MISSING teeth (59.13%).MISSING teeth observed more in the left side (55.91 %). Majority of MISSING teeth were occurred bilaterally (73.11%). 73.68% of MISSING cases had only one or two permanent teeth agenesis. The most frequent MISSING tooth that accompanied with other MISSING teeth was upper lateral incisor. 109 patients (22%) had not third molar in their panoramic x-ray and just tow of these cases was more than 15 years - old. Finally first upper premolars which missed bilaterally in all cases.
