Abstract

Extensive application of micro-10 +solution as a useful and easy to obtain DISINFECTANT in IRAN dental market motivated us to evaluate its ANTIMICROBIAL rate and quality. Aim of this research was to assess the efficacy of the micro 10 + solution on several different fungal and bacterial species as manufactory orders.In test many microbial samples suggested by different standard methods used for examination of micro 10 + solution. Test sample was micro 10+ solution available in market. After preparation of microbial suspensions from resistant or indicator strains, the suspensions mixed with 2% micro 10+ solution and then this mixtures cultured in suitable growth environments. The results were recorded.The results of this investigation indicate that micro 10 +solution has high bacteriocidal potency and is able to kill all of the microbial stubs studied in this search irrevocability and therefore routine use of this material as a certain DISINFECTANT is recommended.
