Abstract

If we consider the urban sustainable development as the economic efficiency, social equity and environment protection, one of the important factors in realizing the optimization of utilization of the city land. Today, this factor is not paid much attention in our cities such as Yazd.Yazd, once, was famous for the contrition in the texture and structure, today has a scattered and non-concentrated several hectares of the lands and ruined texture have been left useless and milliards of the public capitals service-rendering are spared. In this article we'll try to show a half of the present area of Yazd is fals and it needs no area increase in the next 25 years.
