Abstract

 Information and INFORMATION SCIENCE are closely connected to semiology and SEMANTICS. The focal studies of SEMANTICS, as a field of behavioral studies, usually emphasize on the sociological aspects of LANGUAGE. As the field of INFORMATION SCIENCE deals with the information transfer, LANGUAGE society, information networks, the meaning of a text, and man - machine interface; the present paper, using the present theories and approaches, is to study the semantical aspects of information and its transfer, focusing on the foretold characteristics.
