Introduction: GENDER-BASED CRIMEsagainst girl children soldiers which areone of the international concerns werethe subject of international criminal lawfrom past two decades. The perpetratorsof these crimes in international courtsfor Yugoslavia, Rwanda, Sierra Leonehave been considered by the judges, butin practice faced serious gaps to punishthem, although all efforts which weremade by the International CriminalCourts from early stage in this area togive a panoramic view of these crimesto international community and bringit to the International Criminal Court. Congo was the first case of sexual allegationsagainst the girl children soldiersin Criminal Court. Women humanrights activists collected many evidenceand gave them to victims and witnesses. ...
