Abstract

STRATEGIC THINKING is a combination of individual creativity, efficacy, intuitive involvement and understanding in organization. In present text it is attempted to explain INTUITION AND CREATIVITY thoroughly. In articles so far written the place of creativity and intuition have not received the required attention and resulted in its disappearance in important discussions such as STRATEGIC THINKING. Recent research is reviewal and from target dimension it is almost applicatory and from research point of view it is descriptive. Based on what has been said and the results obtained from the study of the strategy domain thinkers it is understood that creativity and intuition play very effective role in improvement of STRATEGIC THINKING of individual particularly managers in organization. Regarding this issue, organization should pay much more attention to these factors of creativity and intuition to attain such style of thinking.
