Abstract

 Subject and object: police patrol as the first protective layer may have a preeminent role in preventing crimes occurrence and settling security in the society. Whereas tasks fulfilling procedure of patrol agents of POLICE STATIONs in the missions, with different spirits and PERFORMANCE weakness of some of them, was considered ever as the organizations’ problems and sometimes leads to objection and dissatisfaction of citizens and provides concerns of hierarchy, for understanding and recognizing the effective factors in this regard, it seems this research is required. Therefore, such behavior may be dependent to two factors: a. internal factors; b. external factors, and through comparing hardworking and low-working employees, the major difference may be found in factors such as MOTIVE and education etc. The main purpose of this study is recognizing and aiding to further identification of effective factors on the PERFORMANCE of police officers’ patrolling of POLICE STATIONs of Jouybar County.Methodology: This study as respect to the type is applied and as respect to the descriptive methodology is survey. Statistical society is consisted of PATROL POLICE officers of POLICE STATIONs in Jouybar County and due to the limitation of statistical society all samples were analyzed. The data compilation instrument for this research is questionnaire.Results: The results gained from this research indicate that factors such as MOTIVE, TRAINING, FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENTS, service years and EDUCATIONS are effective on the PERFORMANCE of PATROL POLICE officers of studied POLICE STATIONs.
