Abstract

 After centuries of Sasanian oppressive government and class system, Iranians accepted Islam with open arms which had the equality slogan. Arab opponents from UMAYYAD were exiled to east of Iran, the furthest part from omayyad capital, with their family and settled there, Omayyad unjustly discrimination behaviour caused unsatisfactory in Iran. So they supported any REVOLT against omayyad with "acceptable member of Mohammad (P.B.U.H)"s family" slogan.Muawiye began extended propagandas against Imams, and forged traditions for himself. This continued with other caliphs. In this period Shiites chosen taguyyed profession. Despite of intense severity, some REVOLTs were risen against UMAYYAD by Imams and their shiites. Imom Hussain (A.S), Penitents and Mukhtar pretext, Zayd ibn Ali (A.S),Yahya ibn Zeyd and Abdullah ibn Muawiye are some of REVOLTs.Iranians political activity against Omayyad was first became apparent in Mukhtar REVOLT. They participated in zayd REVOLT. Yahya and Abdullah REVOLTs in Iran and agreed that caliphate lies beyond Omayyad competen. Iranians and Arabs dissatisfaction caused Omayyad caliphs to adjust their oppressive behaviour. Sulaiman ibn Abd al-malik with his political policy and Umar ibn Abd aI-Aziz with his belief decided to avoid speaking against Ali (A.S).Imams and Shi’its found an opportunity for their activity in the last years of Omayyad caliphat, when they had become too weak.
