Abstract

We begin the article by the evaluation of economic thoughts from 18th century to this date. Classical economists believed in the invisible hands and market mechanism, and in their opinion there was no need for any government intervention in the economy. With Keynesian Revolution and the full employment objective, we see the increasing government intervention and emergence of welfare state. Neoclassical economist emphasized the classical ideas again and Neo-Liberals were against any government intervention.In the second half of 20th century the globalization process speeded up, with the advancement in technology we have lower transportation and lower communication cost and better access to informations all over the world.Speed in globalization process has increased competition all over the world and the ease with which capital can move, the power of capital has increased and the power of government and labour has decreased. Thus wages now is lower and unempolyment rate is higher.
