Abstract

Qard al hasaneh funds, are a component of financial system, so financial development in country is a cause of these funds as well as other factor or rules variation that may have a relation to financial development.In regard of information obtained about financial indexes, there is new indexes that introduced by international organizations.These research shows that financial development is different in every province of country. Effectiveness of funds on financial development in provinces is related to control system of banking supervision. Also these funds need better environment for banking operations and training facilities. Comparison by other countries shows that there is better situation, but it is necessary that these funds should be precisely supervised.
