Abstract

 Cardiac syncope, among all couses of mortality in patients who are suffering from heart diseases, can be indicated as one of the prevalent causes. that is, the most prevalent syncope causes related to the cardiac output obstraction and output cardiac arythmies, while some activities such as valsalva maneuvre is being done. Confirming the importance of the issue, a sub-experimental study has been done on the 64 healthy volunteers as, "determining the effects of the cardiovascular response on the different kinds of body POSITION., during the valsalva maneuvre. According to these studies, the valsalva manuevre in supine POSITION. sims POSITION. make less changes in systolic blood pressure and heart rate, rather than the POSITION. in which the top of the bed sets 30°, 70° and 90°. The data has been acquired by two stages, at the first stage, the demographic data concerned With the volunteers achieved and then, the check up form and the cardiovascular specialist, examined them. First of all, in supine POSITION. the basic systolic blood pressureand hemt rate of all researched samples were asked to turn into supine POSITION. sims POSITION.and also fowler and semifowler posittions (30 q 700) and do the maneuvre, so that in these intervals ( before, time and after the maneuvre) they measured the blood pressure and heart rate. In order to determine the significant difference, they have used, T, Analysis variances and pierson test. The acquired results indicate the least significant changes in systolic blood pressure sims POSITION. was being done.
