Abstract

The Goal of the research was checking the influence of job counseling using SOCIAL LEARNING theory of Krambultz for decreasing JOB BURNOUT among female teachers of the elementary schools of Fasa. Statistical population of the research was all female teachers of elementary schools of Fasa in academic year 1387/2008. From this population, 24 teachers we wchosen randomly. Then, they were divided into two groups of 12, assigned to experimental and contro groups. Teching th theory of SOCIAL LEARNING was conducted in eight sessions. Both groups were tested before and after teaching. The hypotheses of the research were: l. Job counseling using theory of learning affects reduction of the frequency of emotional tiredness.2. Job counseling using theory of learning affects the intensity of emotional tiredness.3. Job counseling using theory of learning affects the increase of the frequency of personal performance.4. Job counseling using theory of learning affects the intensity of personal performance.5. Job counseling using theory of learning affects reduction of the metamorphosis of personality.6. Job counseling using theory of learning affects the intesity of the metamorphosis of personality.after data and information was collected from both groups, the evaluation of per- and post-tests was conducted. Then by using the independent T test, the average figure was obtained through comparison.
