Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of Meichenbaum group stress inoculation training on Job stress in Lordegan elementary school teachers (men and woman). 40 elementary school teachers were selected randomly. Then they were designated in experimental and control groups. The experimental group received6 sessions stress inoculation group training. Then post test in past session and after two weeks a follow up were performed. The research instrument were Job stress and educational stress in schools. the results based on multivariate analyses showed that stress involution group training have significant effect on the experimental group (p<0/001). There was no significant differences on male and female teachers.
