Abstract

The future world in the 21st century is a world filled with competition, developed new arising markets, uncertian ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS, widehigh technology and expansion use of commerce. Conditions for success in this world are, using opportunities and facing challenging obstacles.All these, will make one to know the environment well and operational judgments clealy defined. So that one can stay in this competitive world. And in this article, in addition to taking into consideration the above mentioned factors, four other basic Factor for operational judgment have been extracted which are: environmental instability, total PERFORMANCE of the firm, total PERFORMANCE of operations, and involvement of operation management in srtategic decisions
