Abstract

CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY is one of the novel and growing concept which emphasizes on multidimensional aspects. Food industry is one of the strategic industries in Iran and its sustainability is significant due to its strong role in employment, food safety and export. Thus, this research deals with explaining factors and concept of sustainability measurement and also the affecting factors on its notion and evaluation. In this research which was conducted in 2015, after the literature review, factors and CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY indicators were identified. LEAN SUPPLY CHAIN and GREEN SUPPLY CHAIN were identified as two effective factors.Eighty four indicators are among six main factors for three concepts of CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY, LEAN SUPPLY CHAIN and GREEN SUPPLY CHAIN. Evaluated by 35 food industry experts, these measurements were reduced to 70 indicators using t test. Indicators' credibility was confirmed by 35 random food industries. Result indicates triple indicators which are reliable and valid for Iran medium-sized food industry.
