Dear Editor-in-Chief: Obesity is recognized as a main problem that increases morbidity and mortality, and international health organizations, such as WHO and IOTF, have labelled obesity as an epidemic-scale disease. the data supporting this claim is reflected in the fact that in 2016, even 1. 9 billion adults were overweight and 650 million suffered from obesity, that represents 39% of overweight and 13% of obese on the level of the entire world adult population (1).
