Abstract

In this research, the ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS of the potential private investors are investigated. The purpose of this study is to find out how much of the government's efforts have been in the domain of productive investments. Environmental considerations entail the INTERACTIONS BETWEEN PUBLIC AND PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS. The main objective of the present research is exploring conditions under which the private investors accept to complement public endeavors. LR. Iran's constitution will provide the required base for pro-development cooperation. This model has used ENVIRONMENTAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MARKET for theorizing social and private convergence& divergence.
