Abstract

Here, a 2 year-old child admitted for a probable FEVER and CONVULSION is described in the view of clinical signs, disease diagnosis and condition report. Pulmonary listening confirmed no wheezing sound and the patient had no signs of FEVER or respiratory distress. There was no disease precedence among the family except for the cerebral failure which had led to his mother's death a week before. The patient had already been attacked by 2 tonic and clinic CONVULSIONs (the first for 10 minutes and the second for about 20 minutes) before being admitted. During the admission, the patient underwent various tests and radiographic examinations and in spite of prescribing anti -convulsion as well as antidistress drugs to control his repeated CONVULSIONs the condition was all unchanging. At last, the patient proved affected by a secondary hypoxia.
