IN THIS PAPER WE INVESTIGATE GENERALIZATIONS OF D11 AND D+11 MODULES, NAMELY D-D11 AND D-D+11 MODULES. WE WILL PROVE THAT ANY D-D+11 MODULE M HAS A DECOMPOSITION M=M1ÅM2 WITH D<(M1) <<D M1 AND D(M2)=M2.
