Abstract

 IN ORDER TO PREVENT RISKS SUCH AS FIRE AND EXPLOSION, THE FLARING SYSTEM ONE OF THE ESSENTIAL PARTS OF EACH REFINERY, BUT THE BURNING GASES IN FLARE, THE MAIN WAY TO WASTE ENERGY AND MAINLY PRODUCES THE HIGHEST ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTANTS ARE ALSO REFINERIES. CONSEQUENTLY IN RECENT YEARS, MANY ACTIVITIES WITH THE AIM TO MINIMIZE A VOLUME FLARE GASES IN THE WORLD USING FLARE GAS RECOVERY SYSTEMS (FGRS) AS ARE. SO THIS SYSTEMS IS THE FIRST LIQUID IN FLOW OF FLARE GAS WITHIN KNOCK OUT DRUM SEPARATED AND THEN GASES COMPRESSED BY A COMPRESSOR OR EJECTOR, THEN ACCORDING TO THE RELEVANT UNIT OR STRUCTURE REFINERY, GASES AND LIQUIDS AS FOOD OR FUEL ARE USED. IN THIS ARTICLE, DIFFERENT OF FLARE GAS RECOVERY SYSTEMS AND PROBLEMS OF DESIGN HAS BEEN STUDIED.
