Abstract

Objective: The present investigation examines the effect of TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP on reducing BURN-OUT among library staff at Shahid Beheshti University.Method: This is a basic research whose data was collected through survey. The correlations between variables, however, were based on Functional equations modeling.Findings: TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP style demonstrate to have an important impact on reduction of library staff BURN-OUT (emotional exhaustion, lowered personal performance and personality METEMPSYCHOSIS).
