THE EFFECT OF AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP ON BULLYING EXPERIENCE AT WORKPLACE AMONG NOVICE TEACHERS

Abstract

 THIS STUDY AIMED TO DETERMINE THE EFFECT OF CREDIBLE LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE BULLYING AT WORK, EMOTIONAL EXHAUSTION AND SUSTAIN OUTCOMES (JOB SATISFACTION AND TURNOVER INTENTIONS) BETWEEN TEACHERS IN JUNIOR SCHOOLS WAS CONDUCTED CITY. THE STUDY POPULATION OF 225 SUBJECTS WERE SELECTED. TWO INVENTORY TURNOVER BULLYING AT WORK AYNARSN (2001), LEADER OF AUTHENTIC OLIVE (2007) WAS USED; AND THE RESULTS WERE ANALYZED USING CORRELATION TEST, MULTIPLE REGRESSION AND STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING. THE VALIDITYOF ALL THE MENTIONED QUESTIONNAIRES WAS APPROVED BY FACTOR ANALYSIS. THE RELIABILITY OF THE QUESTIONNAIRES BASED ON CRONBACH;S ALPHA FOR BULLYING AT WORK AND AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP WAS 0.091 AND 0.081 RESPECTIVELY. THE RESULTS SHOWED THAT THERE IS A DIRECT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP, BULLYING ATWORK (0.05³P). THE STRUCTURAL RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP AND BULLYING AT WORK HAVE A SIGNIFICANT LEVEL.
