BACKGROUND: THE SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT CHARACTERIZED BY COMPLEXITY, TURBULENCE, SPEED AND ACCELERATION CHANGES, NEEDS OF STUDENTS WITH HIGH INTELLECTUAL INTELLIGENCE.THEREFORE IT LIGHTS THE WAY FOR MANAGERS TO ENHANCE THE INTERACTION AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND CROSS-ROLE BEHAVIOR AND THIS IN TURN IS ARTQA’MLKRD ORGANIZATIONAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL. THEREFORE, THIS STUDY AIMED TO INVESTIGATE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR HAS BEEN DESIGNED WITH THE ROLE OF MODERATOR SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE.METHODS: THE PRESENT STUDY DESCRIPTIVE CORRELATIONAL. THE POPULATION INCLUDED IN THIS STUDY INCLUDED ALL FEMALE STUDENTS IN CITY CONSERVATORY IS GHOCHAN IN 1396. OF WHICH 234 WERE SELECTED USING MORGAN TABLE. TO COLLECT INFORMATION FROM QUESTIONNAIRES, PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL LUTHANS (2007), ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR PODSAKOFF (1990) AND KING SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE (2008) IS USED. FOR STATISTICAL ANALYSIS, WAS USED TO RGRSYVNCHNDMTGHYRH AND STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING.RESULTS: THE FINDINGS SUGGEST THAT PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL (SELF-EFFICACY, OPTIMISM, RESILIENCE AND HOPEFULNESS) AND SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE (CRITICAL THINKING, PERSONAL AND AWARENESS), CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR STUDENTS TO PREDICT. SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE, PREDICTS CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR STUDENTS. PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL, PREDICTS CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR STUDENTS. AS WELL AS SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL AND CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR AMONG FEMALE STUDENTS OF THE CONSERVATORY OF GHOCHAN ADJUSTMENT.CONCLUSION: THE RESULTS SUGGEST THAT, TO STRENGTHEN THE ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR PEOPLE, HAVE DEVELOPED PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL. TO ACHIEVE THIS PURPOSE, SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS HAVE A CLEAR VIEW AND GOOD FOR YOUR STUDENTS TO CREATE, TO PEOPLE HOPE FOR THE FUTURE AND BE OPTIMISTIC AND SELF-EFFICACY AND RESILIENCE UP TO EXTRA ROLE BEHAVIORS EXHIBIT, BECAUSE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR THERE IS A SIGNIFICANT RELATIONSHIP. THEREFORE, THE STRENGTHENING OF SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE CAN IMPROVE STUDENTS' COGNITIVE CAPITAL AND CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR AND MAKE THEM MORE CREDIT WAS EFFECTIVE.
