Abstract

The aim of this study was to evaluate the performance of online systemic surveillance on the flow of education and learning in high schools of Boyer-Ahmad city due to the prevalence of COVID-19 virus and to analyze their strengths and weaknesses with SWOT model along with presenting practical suggestions and descriptive-grounding method in 2020-2021. The statistical population of the second and first secondary schools was Boyer-Ahmad county. To collect data, the online form of clinical supervision of training and learning flow registered in the Comprehensive System of Learning Management and Cultural Education (LTMS) has been used. Data analysis was performed using SWOT analysis and analysis test in SPSS26 thermware environment and drawing diagrams with Excel. The results of analysis of variance showed that online systemic monitoring of the flow of education and virtual learning during school closures in red conditions was effective on the educational components of secondary schools in Boyer-Ahmad (p<0. 05). It is recommended to play an active role in the manager and deputies of education, the complete implementation of the clinical supervision triangle (numerous media, educational design and sharing on the Web) virtual or in-person, and observing the framework of cyberspace education for the quality of online systemic supervision on the course of education and virtual learning.
