Introducing a dynamic method by Knapsack algorithm to prioritize the allocation of multipurpose venues and sports equipment along with an innovative method to optimize the received cost

Abstract

 One method to increase the level of productivity of sports venues is managing of multi-purpose venues and the optimal use of common sports equipment and resources. The received cost by using tangible parameters with the aim of synchronizing demand and revenue generation, with quality and satisfaction is important. In this paper, using Knapsack algorithm, a dynamic method for prioritizing the allocation of sports facilities and equipment to athletes is presented, and also for the received cost from applicants, an innovative and optimal formals according to the sport type, resource depreciation, activity score and the equipment and sanitary leveling of the sports complex is calculated. The results show that not only the proposed method increase purposefully income, but also reduces the level of dissatisfaction and eliminates the resource starvation in the request queue and the phenomenon of gap time in the allocated time.
