Abstract

 e-learning is one of the new educational methods based on information and communication [1]technology that can overcome many limitations and boundaries of traditional education. Accordingly, it can be said that past solutions have lost the ability and power to face organizational challenges and the external environment; Therefore, it is better to replace new approaches and perspectives. The purpose of this study is to identify and rank the factors of successful use of e-learning in Imam Ali Military University. The statistical population includes users of e-learning systems (both students and professors) and experts who have the necessary knowledge and experience in the field of e-learning. The statistical sample of this study was 150 people who were selected by simple random sampling. For data analysis, one-sample t-test and fuzzy network analysis technique were used. Findings indicate the need to pay attention to the components of using e-learning technology in Imam Ali Military University. The result is that the value of information in the system is important from the users' point of view and plays an essential role, and therefore we must pay attention to the quality of information, their community and up-to-datedness. Applicable software and software performance are other important components. Although there may be restrictions at the university, this can be operationalized due to the flexibility of information systems.
