Abstract

Abstract Recruitment, selection, Recruitment and promotion of human resources is one of the main tasks of management. The correct selection of the required manpower is very important; Because improper selection imposes heavy costs on the organization. The selection and Recruitment of individuals is an issue that requires the identification of several criteria and also each of these criteria has a priority that is important for both human resource managers and for the Recruitment volunteer and even the staff of the organization to be promoted in the organization; Therefore, the present study was conducted to identify the factors affecting the employment and promotion of organizational positions in maritime organizations. In this study, the sub-criteria were identified in three dimensions and by distributing a questionnaire, we obtained data and through Friedman statistical test, we prioritized the dimensions and sub-criteria.
